Working with GMR Energy Limited -220 MW combined cycle Power plant (World’s largest barge mounted combined cycle power plant) since June-2009
- Executing of PM/CM & Shutdown Jobs of plant equipment & machinery which includes Gas turbines, steam turbine, Pumps, Cooling tower, Natural gas conditioning skid, Fans, blowers, , Chillers, Air Compressors and all BOP’s.
- Planning & execution of Defects rectification of Steam turbines, Gas turbines, auxiliaries and other BOPs,
- Condition monitoring of Rotating Equipment.( Vibration data collection and analysis, Dial gauge alignment, Laser alignment - Easy laserD450)
- Following the SOP for PTW system, ISO and statutory requirements.
- Responsible for Execution of work activities during Major overhauling of Steam turbine generator and Hot section inspection, HPC cleaning, SB implementation of Gas turbines.
- Complete in charge of critical spares planning and maintenance of Gas conditioning skid (Natural gas) and overhauling of cooling water pumps (vertical turbine pump BHQ62M).
- Through knowledge in SAP - PM & MM Module.
- Planning & Coordination of work activities with third parties during renewal of all statutory requirements (tools and tackles, Pressure vessel, ABS survey).
