1. MicroStrategy System administration and monitoring, Creating and troubleshooting of Configuration Objects using configuration managers, creating and troubleshooting of users and users groups using user manager, setting up the transmitters and receivers using device manager
2. Upgrading the MicroStratgey System from 9.4.1 to 10.2 on both Windows and Linux machine.
3. Infrastructure and environment setup for the business intelligence systems on both Windows and Linux machine.
4. Automation of MicroStrategy administrative activities to improve the productivity
5. Directly working with MicroStrategy Vendor for resolving the issues faced during Development and Administration
6. Worked on almost all of the products of MicroStrategy - System Manager, Integrity Manager, Object Manager, Distribution Services, MicroStrategy Mobile, Command Manager etc.
7. Setting up the Enterprise Manager on MicroStrategy 10.2
8. Configuring and Using Operations Manager

10. Implementing clustering on the Linux machine for MicroStrategy
