In UAE and it was founded on the principle of operating a stable and long-term utility business that provides its clients with a sustainable approach to climate control.
Supplying chilled water to a wide range of customers including private and government sectors.
Familiar with operation and maintenance of district cooling plants, chillers, pumps cooling towers, Condenser pumps. Moreover monitoring the records and preparation of activity, monthly reports.
I am currently working at Zayed Sports City plant with a capacity of 22, 500 TR. The plant is fully integrated system which includes YORK chillers, controlled by SCADA-PLC system.
The following duties are done:
•Maintain a continuous chilled water supply to customers which comes through a continuous control both plant.
•Maintaining the plant in a good running situation and parameters and insure good condition.
Monitoring equipment running temperature, pressure and ampere.
•Analyzing equipment running parameters and ensure good condition.
•Preparing daily and monthly production reports. Showing the production tonnage which has to be maintained at the maximum, computing the electrical / water consumption which has to be maintained at the budget.
•Preparing monthly equipment status report for corrective and preventive works and follow up.

•Operation and maintenance of HVAC plants.
•Operating BMS and SCADA system.
•Managing and maintain the water quality condenser and chilled water such PH, TDS and TH. Performing routine, preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance for all HVAC equipment’s.
•Preparing daily and monthly production reports. Showing the production tonnage which has to be maintained at the company budget.
