I am leading the software development team, developing a commodity trade tracking tool which handles all the activities of the commodity trade like contract management, logistics, Risk, Accounting, Statistical Reports etc.,
Also looking into the support and customization of the Financial ERP used by the company.

Responsibilities-
• Analysing the existing system by interacting with end users.
• Requirement Analysis, Designing and Implementation.
• Implementing Contract Management and Logistics(shipment), inventory & warehouse management and statistical reporting.
• Developed various reports required for financial purpose including reports to eliminate financial risk.
• Developed integration tool to migrate the data and integrate/sync data with financial tool (ERP)

• Development and maintenance of financial product with technical & business understanding along with responsibility.
• Maintenance and functionality development of financial risk solutions.
• Understanding of commodity market trading to develop enhancements
• Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management.
• Develop various reports required for financial purpose like accounting, hedging and logistics.
I have been a part of their development and training team handling customer requirements and training the Java based technologies.
Project Name: RXSwitch System

Client: Care Management Internationals (CMI)
Responsibilities-
• Involved in developing and supporting software applications using JSP, Servlets, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Created the GUIs.
• Debugging and troubleshooting.
The project is basically to make the members to switch from branded drug to generic equivalent. Rx Switch Program offered by CMI provides health plans with a comprehensive member intervention. By directly contacting members via telephonic outreach and potentially offering to facilitate a switch to a generic or preferred formulary medication at the point of contact, health plans can realize cost savings more rapidly and certainty than current interventions. Health plans can also capture valuable member feedback to better understand barriers to switching.
