Business development, creating distribution network, procurement and supply of goods.

Job Profile - Responsible for all HR functions. Reporting to the Chairman and Managing Director whereby handling following key responsibilities:
HR Policies & Practices, Manpower Budgeting, Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, Performance Management System, Employee Relations and Organizational Development. Handled Administration and HR of one of the Manufacturing unit (Gurgaon) of Continental Group.
Job Profile - Responsible for overall HR function deliverables towards employees and business growth of the Organization, whereby handling following key responsibilities:
Manpower Planning:
•Follow -up with functional heads for manpower requisition
•Manpower Planning, Forecasting & Management Approval
•Prepare & Update Weekly / Monthly Manpower Report.
Recruitment & Selection:
•Management of the complete recruitment life cycle starting from sourcing the best talent from diverse sources like campus recruitment, Head Hunting, employee referrals, consultants.
•Scrutinizing applications, organizing written test, interviews & reference verification of potential candidates.
•Management approvals for short listed candidates.
•Follow up, Offer Negotiations with short listed candidates
•Target driven team performance for recruitments.
Induction/Orientation:
•Ensuring the completeness of all documents related requirements of new entrants and making personal files.
•Induction of new employees to other functions in the organization.
•Brief the new joiners about the organization and its profile.
•Devising an Induction program based on Organization Missions, Values, Hierarchy, Policies, Technology, Admin Issues, Compensation, etc.
Performance Management:
•Arranging for performance appraisal of all employees in the organization in coordination with the respective department heads for regular employees.
•Organizing Regularization & Confirmation of Trainees & Contractual Employees.
•Revise salary based on appraisal.
•Prepare the Increment and Promotion letters.
•Analysing performance appraisals and identifying developmental areas for the employees and linking it to the training plan of the organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
•To gather and update information about the compensation & Benefits, employee welfare and incentive schemes with respect to competitors.
•Developing incentive plans with clear linkages with performance.
•Providing salary statement of new employees & revised salary details of existing employees, if any, to Finance & Accounts Department on a monthly basis.
Training & Development:
•Develop training & development plan to support the organisation’s business plan & to ensure that staff has the necessary skills to meet their objectives & the opportunity to develop to the maximum of their potential.
•Updating Training Plan periodically in consultation with Heads of Departments and based on the inputs from performance Appraisal.
•Co-ordination with Training Institutes / Agencies / Faculties & Support Groups for organizing various Behavioural & Technical/Specific Training & Development Programs
Organization Development:
•Conducting Organization climate survey and Exit Interviews.
•Share the findings of the above mentioned activities with HR & respective functional heads and ensure the implementation of the points identified.
HR Policies & Practices:
•To help formulate and review from time to time, all HR policies and suggest new policies and assist in implementation of all policies across the organization.
•Cater to queries amongst the employees regarding the company & its policies.
•Update the Employee hand book from time to time
Management Information System:
•Measurement & Analysis of complete HR function such as recruitment, selection & training & Development activities as per Management Information Systems Requirements including generation of MIS reports for Top Management.
•To collect and provide data to Head of HR for his monthly Management Review Meetings
•Follow up with concerned Departments/Section based on the actions items from the management review meeting
Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000 QMS):
•Maintenance of Quality Management System
•Looking after the Central Document Control Cell
•Conducting periodical Internal Quality Audit
•Coordination in organizing Management Review Meeting
•Coordination with Certification Body for Periodical Surveillance & Assessment Audit
HR Administration:
•Event Management, Festival Celebration, reward and recognition program of the company
•Selection and distribution of Corporate Gifts to be distributed to Employees / business
