Project Manager within BCB-PI for the construction of 78 housing units located on March 8 - Annaba distributed over 03 Blocks in R+15 with 02 underground parking spaces, based on 119 piles diam 800 mm and shielding in 100 piles diam 800mm and a general raft h=1600 mm, I am the first person responsible on site for project management, verification of civil engineering and architecture plans, file and calculation note: electricity, AEP, Gas, smoke evacuation of parking lots, fire detection and fire network, internet network.
Monitoring the work of the various stakeholders, first contact with the various local services: Wilaya, APC, CTC, SONELGAZ, ADE and DUC.
Obtaining the building permit and compliance, and any type of authorization, as well as the different GAS, WATER, ELECTRICITY connections.
Choice of materials according to current Algerian regulations.

Checking the monthly work situation
preparation of amendments and settlement
