• Lead the investment process, including due diligence and manager selection, in different real estate funds in the US and Western Europe across the following sectors: offices, multi-family, industrial, and hotels.
• Source, evaluate, and assess suitable real estate investment opportunities in order to maximize the rate of return on the oversees portfolio.

with AUM reaching SAR 15 billion at one point.
• Developed quarterly forecasting models of major Saudi listed companies; mainly in the petrochemical,
