Responsible for Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of the two Factories
(Cement Grinding Mill, Dryer & Mortar patch plant) equipment that includes
such as Gearboxes, Ball grinding mill, Motors, piping lines, compressors, Belt
and screw conveyors, low and high speed couplings, lubrication units, bucket
elevators, air blowers, Rotor Impact Mill, Vibrating screen, Amphora pumping
system & cement packing machines .
✓ Responsible for stationary equipment maintenance (CAT generators c18, 3406,
atlas copco air compressors 37, GX7, GX11, CompAir compressors L75, L55)
✓ Attended Installation & commissioning of (BHS) crusher and (HAVER &
BOECKER) screen vibrator capacity 40T/h.
✓ Mange maintenance budget and provides measures to control costs
✓ Reviews and analyze mechanical equipment design proposals, specifications,
manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance
requirements of designs or applications.
✓ Specify system components or direct modification of mechanical equipment to
ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
✓ Evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical equipment, systems and
processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
✓ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty mechanical
equipment, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
✓ Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines
and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
✓ Tests and analyzes the design, operation and performance of equipment,
components and systems.
✓ Develop and test alternate designs and processing methods to assess operating
condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification.
✓ Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service
schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment
in the prescribed condition.
✓ Prepares and process work orders in AX System with complete information in
order to ensure proper documentation, execution and completion of work orders
on time.
Analysis and repair any break down in Trucks like MAN TGA, Vacuum Tanks.
Water tanks. Or Heavy equipment like dozer komatsu 155, Cummins 855
engines liougeng, bingBu Lushid, Grader CAT 14G, Perkins Engine, wheel
loaders liogind, lushid with Cummins engine, Excavator komatsu /6, Liugeng
with Cummins engine, Roller and small cars . And reports all needed fixes.
✓ In charge of all Maintenance requests.
✓ Daily Maintenance report monitoring.
✓ Assign all imported spare parts to the Disintegrated equipment.
✓ Making a Preventive maintenance plan and follow-up
✓ Supervising the repair faults in the site or in an external workshop with highest
quality and lower prices.
✓ Inspection of all delivered equipments to work site.
Carrying out inspections and reconditioning of vehicles like Iveco trucks .
Mercedes Axore, Mercedes Actors, Rino Trucks and small cars .
✓ Stripping, fitting and replacing components on vehicles.
✓ Making sure the work bay & garage is tidy and safe to work in.
✓ Carrying out test drives on vehicles to diagnose existing faults.
✓ Investigation faults using special mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment.
✓ Ordering or picking up parts from suppliers.
✓ Checking every critical part of a vehicle, including belts, hoses, plugs, andbrake
and fuel systems.
Analysis any break down Trucks like Iveco Trucks, scania, Astra, Volvo,
International, Concrete mixer trucks, concrete pump Schwing, Or Heavy
equipment like dozer CAT D10, komatsu 155, Daewoo Excavator, Komatsu
Excavator, CAT220 Excavator, Roller CAT, wheel loader CAT 966F,
