• Manage, track and evaluate finance and accounts activities: fixed assets, ACs Payable, ACs Receivables, General ACs, payroll, revenue, tax, provisions, prepayments and accruals adjustments.
• Ensure that all payments, contracts, accruals, and related transactions are timely recorded in accordance with contractual terms and conditions, internal and statutory controls.

Budgeting/Forecasting/Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Work closely with business stakeholders on key financial planning activities/ annual budget.
• Analyses revenues/cost/cash management to ensure all operations/OpEx/ CaPx are within budget.
• Cash flow forecasts by consolidating information from banks, expected receipts, scheduled payments to suppliers and administration expenses. / Optimize the use of funds for operation.

Financial Reporting:

• Ensure timely and accurate periodic management financial reports / segment reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly and year-end financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. / Participate in group consolidated financial statements.
• Handling of ad-hoc queries/reports for relevant multiple stakeholders.

Audit / Taxes / Compliance:

• Ensure timely submission and proper settlement of Tax Returns / Zakat / WHT / VAT.
• Coordinates with external auditors i.e., one of Big 4 for Annual Audit to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure Adherence/Compliance with accounting standards, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Interacting with/ Answering queries of the third parties e.g., ZATCA, Advisors, Regulators, banks, other departments.

Working capital management:

• Supervise Settlement/billing process according to the delivery notes, POs and contractual terms.
