• Handling overall reporting and accounting activities for 4 entities of Morood Investment companys Subsidiaries: (Furniture Land Co./Osool Entertainment co./Morood Trading co./Defaat Alriyadh co) Finance and accounting:
• Ensuring books are accurate, reconciled for the month and year-end closing processes.
• Manage, track and evaluate finance and accounts activities: fixed assets, ACs Payable, ACs Receivables, General ACs, payroll, revenue, tax, provisions, prepayments and accruals adjustments.
• Ensure that all payments, contracts, accruals, and related transactions are timely recorded in accordance with contractual terms and conditions, internal and statutory controls.
Budgeting/Forecasting/Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Work closely with business stakeholders on key financial planning activities/ annual budget.
• Analyses revenues/cost/cash management to ensure all operations/OpEx/ CaPx are within budget.
• Cash flow forecasts by consolidating information from banks, expected receipts, scheduled payments to suppliers and administration expenses. / Optimize the use of funds for operation. Financial Reporting:
• Ensure timely and accurate periodic management financial reports / segment reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly and year-end financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. / Participate in group consolidated financial statements.
• Handling of ad-hoc queries/reports for relevant multiple stakeholders. Audit / Taxes / Compliance:
• Ensure timely submission and proper settlement of Tax Returns / Zakat / WHT / VAT.
• Coordinates with external auditors i.e., one of Big 4 for Annual Audit to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure Adherence/Compliance with accounting standards, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Interacting with/ Answering queries of the third parties e.g., ZATCA, Advisors, Regulators, banks, other departments. Working capital management:
• Supervise Settlement/billing process according to the delivery notes, POs and contractual terms.
• Accurate, reconciled record of outstanding AP and AR. Inventory valuation and Aging analysis.

Supervise day-to-day finance and accounts operations in accordance with approved operating procedures and policies.

Company Industry: Manufacturing Reporting to GM and CEO Spectra TE company previously known as AL-Raghad Telecom Factory company

• Manage and oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations including financial Reporting, GL, AP, AR, billing, Payroll, cost centers, Fixed Assets, Right of Use Asset, WIP, provisions, prepayments and accruals adjustments.
• Prepare Annual Budget and Forecasting/maintenance costs and expenditures within the budget.
• Coordinating audit processes (internal and external).
• AR & AP Management, review related aging weekly with the sales and procurement team.
• Manage the relationship with banks by arranging bank documents, payments, LCs, and LGs.

AL-Raghad Telecom Factory Company is manufacture and assembly cabinets for fiber optic cables, communications shelves for cables and distribution points terminal structures, connectors, tires and circles Electronic Medical connect plastic compound.
