Leading a portfolio of projects in planning, design development, procurement, and delivery, and managing all day-to-day operational, commercial, contractual, and tactical aspects.
Producing projects budget, tender documents, contracts, cost reports and overall projects performance reports, as well as plans, documentation and providing guidance for projects teams.
Managing the assigned portfolio to produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time, and cost constraints, and facilitated the full realization of benefits defined in the business case.

Achievements
Managed the full cycle of project development for the iconic 'Dubai Cruise Terminal', including budget preparation, design development, authority approvals, tender & procurement processes, preparing contract, and project delivery.
Managed the delivery of City walk development and main contractor's final account negotiation and achieved settlement and close out in line with approved budget.
Managed and delivered the 1st un-manned police station (Smart Police Station - SPS at City Walk) - a Guinness awarded project.
Managed the pre-operation business planning for the world’s largest observation wheel (Ain Dubai).
Managed the project development cycle (design development, authority approvals, tender & procurement processes, contract preparing and project delivery) for The Distinction and Naia Breeze projects.
- Managed the delivery and obtaining of operational licenses from Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) for 3 Hotel projects.

Achievements
* Achieved settlement and close out in line with approved budget for 3 projects following participation in main contractor's final account negotiation.
Managed a direct labor workforce and multi-national sub-contractors, working with and managing a multi-national management team to ensure Project delivery by effectively and appropriately overseeing all issues, surrounding risks, contracts, and communication. Projects included:
* Le Meridien hotel by Wasl Properties Al Garhoud - Dubai: B+G+8, (197) 5* guest rooms + amenities.
* Al Muneera by AL DAR properties - Residential & Office towers, Townhouses and Villas, part of Al Raha Beach development - Abu Dhabi. * Phase 2 Uptown Motor City development by Union Properties: 12 Residential buildings, 2B+G+5.
Achievements
✯ Achieved 97% package procurement within allowed budget for the Le Meridien project.
✯ Maintained target productivity in line with cost plan @ Al Muneera project - Al Raha beach.
✯ 3 times HS&E award winner @ Uptown Motor City project.
