closely with customers(business users, stakeholders) to extract requirements details, apply subject matter knowledge or domain experience to suggest better practices, convert requirement details to specifications
Partner with technical analyst to convert specifications into a design and help build a fully configured tested and deployable solution, own, engage, and support end to end application change delivery, resolve bugs, defects and issues.
Assist in effort, cost or value estimates for business cases or change requests, participate in discovery sessions, technology assessment, vendor presentations or their initiatives
Prepare accurate documentation of requirements, specifications, test cases, etc.
Identify and recommend business process changes and better practices
Demonstrate agile, lean, continuous improvement practices throughout work method, develop capabilities within domains of interest
Meet KPI, support domain and cross domain needs
Discuss or present key subjects in user group sessions, support user adoption as needed
Assist line manager in achieving department objectives and company goals in a timely efficient manner.
Collect process and communicate relevant data in a timely manner, prioritizing where necessary
Ensure the department complies with all company policies and procedures
Create and maintain accurate files and reports
Develop internal and external relationships to benefit the business
Review and make recommendations for change in all processes regarding the specific area of the department to improve contribution to the business
Act as ambassador for the department and company at all times
Responsible for managing access control within one’s area of IT
Enforce organization information security standards, procedures and guidelines.
Creating Different Guidelines, user manuals and presentations to represent the applications in an easy way for the end users.
Sending invitations for different users with the training timings, collect the nominees list to plan and schedule the trainings accordingly.
Planning Video Conferencing to give training to the team members in other countries on different topics.
Working with SQL to fix the issues that may occur during taking the attendance of the Employees.
Training Different teams on different applications developed within the company.
Training on Oracle Discoverer to the brand users to retrieve the sales and stock information.
Training the brand teams on the internal applications developed by Al Shaya on how to allocate and distribute the stock to the stores.
Training the store users on GOLD application for the food and retail divisions which is used by over than 600 brands worldwide.
Training the store users on different applications like how to plan their ROTA, register the customer information for the customer care department to be able to contact the customers later, how to use the Cashier.
Traveling to different countries to give trainings on different topics.
Supporting the stores during their openings and during introducing new applications to the stores.
Utilize multiple tools and technologies to create corporate and administration reports using Oracle Discoverer, Crystal Reports, PL/SQL.
•Deployment of delivered and accepted reports on the corporate reporting portal (Super Arc).
•Providing supervision and technical support for junior development team members in analyzing requirement, creating/testing reports.
•Work closely with the Business Analysis team to scope business reporting requirements and test deliveries and obtain end-user acceptance.
•Conduct performance check on major reports, and implement required performance tuning and indexing.
•Provide technical support for key users on the reporting portal reports
•Work closely with Project Management to plan, prepare, and execute product launch plans

•Delta Software ERP is a world class fully integrated ERP solution that fulfills the core business needs of midsize and large organizations across all industries and market sectors.
BHFM Cartography, a central IT system that links all BHFM subsidies and harmonizes all ITS system and synchronizes and speeds up the roll-out of new IT systems.
Cash tool Application, in-house developed oracle forms (Oracle 10g) fraud-control application that tracks the physical cash transfers between NSGB branches and between the branches and Central Bank.
Know Your Customer (KUC), in-house developed tool for data integrity and data fixing. The tool systematically checks the consistency of data entry across all NSGB branches.
Elaborate experience with Oracle Discoverer and Crystal Reports Designer linking different databases to create monthly and ad hoc reports following the standard business reporting structure
•Working with PL/SQL to create reports as text files and publishing them on an internal created site called super arc so that the users can access the reports they need easily
•Extensive use of MS Access, Excel to produce charts and statistical reports.
•Following data integrity and validity rules to detect data entry faults and develop data fixing scripts using Oracle 10g on Unix OS
Major Projects/Achievements:
•Participating in the migration of the bank from AS400 system and old MIE to Delta inquiry system which helped the bank a lot in inquiring the client's data, information and all benefits that the client has.
•Training of how to use the crystal reports application to be able to access different databases and create reports in order to publish them on the info view so that the users can access the reports easily and obtain the data they want.
