closely with customers(business users, stakeholders) to extract requirements details, apply subject matter knowledge or domain experience to suggest better practices, convert requirement details to specifications
Partner with technical analyst to convert specifications into a design and help build a fully configured tested and deployable solution, own, engage, and support end to end application change delivery, resolve bugs, defects and issues.
Assist in effort, cost or value estimates for business cases or change requests, participate in discovery sessions, technology assessment, vendor presentations or their initiatives
Prepare accurate documentation of requirements, specifications, test cases, etc.

Cash tool Application, in-house developed oracle forms (Oracle 10g) fraud-control application that tracks the physical cash transfers between NSGB branches and between the branches and Central Bank.
Know Your Customer (KUC), in-house developed tool for data integrity and data fixing. The tool systematically checks the consistency of data entry across all NSGB branches.

Elaborate experience with Oracle Discoverer and Crystal Reports Designer linking different databases to create monthly and ad hoc reports following the standard business reporting structure
•Working with PL/SQL to create reports as text files and publishing them on an internal created site called super arc so that the users can access the reports they need easily
•Extensive use of MS Access, Excel to produce charts and statistical reports.
•Following data integrity and validity rules to detect data entry faults and develop data fixing scripts using Oracle 10g on Unix OS
Major Projects/Achievements:
•Participating in the migration of the bank from AS400 system and old MIE to Delta inquiry system which helped the bank a lot in inquiring the client's data, information and all benefits that the client has.
•Training of how to use the crystal reports application to be able to access different databases and create reports in order to publish them on the info view so that the users can access the reports easily and obtain the data they want.

•Annual Compliance Department reports (i.e. Client/Nationality Distribution report)
•Monthly Life Insurance Department reports (i.e. Client-Loan versus Life Insurance report)
Central Bank-Level reports:
•Monthly/Ad hoc Negative List report for clients exceeding installment payment threshold
