I have been working with one of the renowned organization of India, since past 3 years at a post of Factory head where my responsibilities are to have a good control over sampling, production, quality, admin, costing, merchandising and marketing. It is a multi-product manufacturing factory where we manufacture Riding footwear, DIP footwear, PU molded footwear, Hand-Made sole and Safety Shoes. I have around 140 employees under my consent and my command. With the team-work and good organization, I have made the factory a good profitable one.
