LOCATION : Head section in ElDokki Cairo .
CLIENT : variances clients in KSA Projects for example ( SNB - Lejam- othaim-AJIAD -Makarem - Hilton - Araghi bank ) .
Last Mega project: KEC Hilton two Tower owner El-Makarim hosting with BUA 80000 M2 and budgetary over than 300 million SAR
Perform detailed technical evaluation/review of the tender documents (Specs, Drawings, Bill of Quantities \[BOQ\]), and ensure that any inquiries or clarifications (Request for Information- RFI) are raised well to the client through the Commercial department, Making and calculating Break down for items in BOQ to properly estimating Review surveying especially if Tender Document refer to lump sum contract Dividing packages for tender, Send RFQ For Tender and Estimate Direct and indirect cost for bidding, estimate Direct and indirect cost for every project and prepare offer for clients .
Sourcing suppliers and subcontractor for all items within procurement out‐line overseeing the Procurement or purchasing, dividing packages for tender, evaluating new and existing vendors and completing their documents for technical approval
Making value comparing and value engineering; having detailed knowledge about the equipment, materials, and supplies used in the industry, negotiates purchase agreements and contract terms with contractors and suppliers, also make ensures that purchased goods and services are delivered as promised
