Primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize the Spare Parts Operations to ensure efficient Supply Chain Management by developing and implementing a strategy for sourcing, procurement, and Inventory Management of the Parts Department. Collaborate with local suppliers to ensure consistent of reliable supply of Parts and maintain optimum Inventory levels. Manage the Logistics and Distribution network for Spare Parts across the Kingdom and Middle East, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Oversee Warehousing and Distribution centres to ensure efficient operations and accurate order fulfilment. Develop and manage department budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resources allocation. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards, keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the Spare Parts Operations. Utilizing experience to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, while implementing best practice to enhance Operation efficiency.

A used car business which retailed and wholesaled over 500 vehicles per month.
