Responsible for the achievement of agreed annual financial & non-financial KPIs.
• Increase market access by means of establishing and maintaining business relations with existing and emerging strategic Key Accounts.
• Close collaborations & coordination with BI agent(s) on pharmacies/KA sales, distribution & agent stocks level/brand/SKU.
• Working closely with PM NSM in designing an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing BI PM business in KSA.
• Liaise with NSM in securing consistent and sustainable growth in sales and revenue by identifying and developing new market opportunities.
• Adheres to the operating budget by maintaining an updated expense account on sales and marketing activities undertaking in his own country.
• Monitors Field reps activities to ensure they are allocating sufficient time and resources to agreed Key accounts & or areas.
• Coaches, leads and supervises direct reports in field visits.
• Provides Field reps with the necessary tools and information needed to conduct their daily visits with health care professionals, clients and key accounts based on BI Sales Excellence model.
• Develops and builds relations with key influencers/key Accounts in order to secure their support for Bl PM Products and foster long lasting relations.
• Ensure successful implementation and usage of BI PM VEEVA system in place

• Performing market intelligence to bench mark and analyze my products versus competitiors and market performance.
• Mentor other team members’ especially junior members to achieve their objectives.
