1. Oxygen gas plant 150 ton/ day.
2. Oxygen gas plant 60 ton/ day.
3. Carbon dioxide plant 12 ton/day.
4. Acetylene plant.
5. Aqueous Ammonia plant.
6. Nitrous oxide plant 1200 Kg/day.
I have been assigned for Installation, Trouble shooting and Replacement of following Instruments
1.Joy air compressor QUAD III Control System.
2.Analyzers Model 306WA, Model 3000TA Trace Oxygen Analyzer.
3.GOW-MAC Model 20-182037127 Thermal Conductivity Binary Analyzer.
4. Servomex 4100 Gas purity Analyzer.
5. Panametric Moisture Monitor Series 35.
6. Galiso Recotest III Cylinder Test.
Besides instrumentation job I am capable to perform customer services job on projects like purging
Of Reactors, Stationary tanks, Heat exchangers & pipelines & I have the responsibilities to perform a very specific job in hospitals for MRI transferring of helium liquid with in controlled pressure temperature parameters. Installation, Trouble shooting of medical and Industrial gasses manifold system.
Maintenance of Liquid Delivery Road Tankers And Storage Tanks(Pressure Building Regulator,
Contents Gauge, Pressure Gauge, Relief Valves, Vacuuming).
