and implemented a shift in business strategy (i.e. moving into smaller production run fashion garments,
instead of lesser priced bulk orders).

* Pioneered the stitching of “Garment Dyed Program” for Nike & Adidas from Pakistan.
* Set up the first of its kind, “Stitching unit with females hired on salaried basis to be trained by Sri- Lankan
Industrial Engineers” in Pakistan.
* Demonstrated 37% productivity enhancement & considerable quality improvement in both internal &
external audits as the head of model stitching unit (with the use of modified Switch Track System).
The successful implementation of STS prompted replacement of traditional system at all units.
* Joined Ammar as Management Trainee & travelled up the management hierarchy to the rank of Production
Manager. Led a team of 500 workers in my role as PM. (served for Style Textiles Pvt Ltd for a period of 6
months in between the two stints at Ammar)

* I have been fortunate enough to lead a team of 50 persons in my first job (as management trainee at
Ammar Textiles). While working with different knitwear manufacturers I had the opportunity to lead Teams
having 1000 members as well.
