- Achieve weekly and monthly individual targets and ensure your contribution percentage to the department. Receiving customers layout and book an appointment for designing their kitchens. preparing customer invoices and ensure their payments. follow up with home delivery team and assemblers to make sure that job is done. work on customer pending and take a dissections on the spot to ensure problem has been solved. - Reports directly to the sales manager. - Achieve sales target, Daily, Monthly and yearly targets. - Prepare weekly sales reports and product area analysis. - Work on customer needs and how to make customers satisfied and delighted. - Always secure the stocks to prevent out of stocks product and create a solution with replacers’ items. - Maintain store daily basics. - Plan and implement activities in the store to maximize the sales. - Highlight the top 30 items and ensure always stocks availability. - Make an action plan to sell over and concrete stocks. - Maintain display budget. - Secure all furniture which on display to keep the store safe. - Customer service always comes first.
- Create new long term contracts with new customers.
