Well execute new production line set up, Initiate MRP stock levels, install machine add-on's units according to HSE standards.

- Working as the main drive for the projects (initiate, check, confirm, decide, instruct, expedite, follow-up)
- Know the contract requirements, especially scope of work, project specifications, execution procedures,
documentation requirements, quality requirements, delivery requirements.
- Being the window (sole contact) for customer, supplier (3rd party goods), and inter company.
- Conduct project meetings (Kick-Off, internal, pre-inspection, etc.), with agenda, minutes and follow-up action.
- Ensure timely order to fabrication subcontractor; check/expedite Operations, if required.
- Arrange shipping, logistics with freight forwarder; coordinate with Production.
- Controlling financial side of project, and following payment terms and requirements such as Bank Guarantees and LC and submission of final documentation.
- Act quickly on customer's queries; and expedite customer when appropriate.
