Management of Project process and Procedure
Execute Construction Management procedures to ensure projects are managed within project parameters of cost, time, quality, functionality, safety and environmental standards.
Constantly review the scope for improvement in project management processes and project performance, based on recommending changes where necessary.
Liaise with consultants and contractors for execution of projects. Agree on equipment installation, testing, specifications, standards and receiving of accomplished works.
Manage Procurement and Construction Review
Ensure review all drawings, tender documents, procurement and construction review to ensure that they meet the requirements of design
Approve design documentation, drawings, specifications and schedules; to meet the requirements and ensure design intent.
Prepare, manage, monitor and control project Budget & Cost Maintain technical documentation and resolve operational issues. Follow up site activities regularly.
September 2004 - December 2010 Dubai Municipality - as an inspector /Engineer assistant in building Department.
January 2011 - present Dubai Municipality - as an Engineer in general maintenance Department.

• Follow-up contractors in the project and ensure that specifications.
• Handling the Implementation of the standard system procedures in building department.
• Defining the technical problems in the buildings,
• Collecting suitable and related evidence and data to establish the report in order to define the solution.

• Preparation of designs for villas supplements of citizens.
