• Monitor and manage the execution of the groups 5 year strategic plan to reach IPO by 2017.
• Drive the implementation and compliance of defined guidelines, tools, and techniques employed for the execution of the 5 year strategic plan.

• Coordinating and completing activities related to the program and project management disciplines.
