Helping management in making safety Policy for the Company.
Make sure safety policy is followed in working premises of organization.
Coordinate with all contractors conduct HSE meetings, weekly walk through and make sure the positive environment in project site.
Ensure implementation of policies and objectives, integrated management system.
Developing and Reviewing of JSAs monitor and maintain data and information statistics on HSE activities and incident trends to provide analysis and recommendation.
Conducting routine inspection & Environmental monitoring (smoke, light & noise etc) and hygienic survey mess hall & residential camps.
Reviewing Risk assessment & Hazard identification before start the all activities.
Coordinate with the site management, employees to check the HSE implementation at all plant / Constructions site area.
Check and inspection the emergency system of fire fighting.
Arrange and monitor a safe system of permit to work system (PTW).
Ways to prevent injury to personal, damage to plant and or equipment and fires.
Ways to improve existing work methods.
Legal and contractual requirements affecting safety, health and welfare.
Provision and use of protective clothing and equipment.
Conducting different Safety and Fire Fighting Trainings to Plant Personnel.
Provide safety guidance during construction, operational and maintenance jobs.
Incident / accident investigation. Electrical grounding and equipment audits.
Co-ordinate at least two evacuation exercises per year to ensure that all staff.
Store material is safety arranged and keeping MSDS for all chemicals on the site.
Checking all power tools through electrician and keeping record.
Make sure inspect and proper arrangement of fire extinguishers
Inspection of machinery, equipment and company accommodations.
Helping in making traffic plan for working premises.
Develop systems to ensure all employees comply with all relevant legal safety requirements.
• Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
• Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
• Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance onshore and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations.
• Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
• Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements
• Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the management
• Manage Safety Statistic reporting within company and send to HO. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Dept. head.
• Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested
• Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.
• Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
• Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
• Support offshore HSE personnel’s in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.
