Job Description:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of the firm.
2. Developing different packages for Umrah and Hajj according to the requirements of customers.
3. Ensuring Customer friendly environment in office.
4. Liaison with Hajj Organizers Association of Pakistan (HOAP) and Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA) specially its Hajj Directorate.
5. Ensuring timely submission of pilgrims’ documents to MORA.
6. Ensuring in-time stamping of hajj visas of our hujjaj through HOAP.
7. Responsible for arranging airline tickets for pilgrims.
8. Responsible for arranging hajj training program for our hujjaj.
9. Responsible for arranging post hajj meeting of hujjaj for addressing their grievances (if any).
10. Responsible for purchase/ procurement of assets and office supplies.
11. Responsible for informing Chief Executive of the firm about all operational activities.
12. Any other task assigned by the Chief Executive.
In this position, my duties included the following:-
1.Assist Manager Operations in supervising, monitoring and managing about 107 under command offices (72 NSRCs - NADRA Swift Registration Centers, 20 MRVs - Mobile Registration Vans and 15 SMUs - Semi Mobile Units), collectively called DAUs - Data Acquisition Units, of NADRA in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
2.Ensuring timely submission of reports & returns by subordinate offices to concern authorities,
3.Maintaining and dealing with official correspondence.
4.Advising, developing and ensuring implementation of policies and adherence of rules, regulations and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)by
subordinate staff.
5.Promoting customer care culture in all offices.
6.Any other task assigned by Manager Operations.
1.Being In-charge of the Branch/Center I was responsible for Financial, HR and all other managerial aspects of the Center.
2.I was responsible for in time delivery of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) to applicants belonging to Peshawar.
3.I was also responsible for in time distribution/dispatch of CNICs processed through the MRVs (Mobile Registration Vans) to the respective districts of NWFP (Now Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).
4.I was responsible for Monitoring, Analyzing & Reporting of Centre activities to authorities.
5.I was also responsible for Customer Relationship Management
and Liaison with different offices/ Departments.
6.Responsible for ensuring the in time data transfer by technical staff.
In this position I was In-charge of a DAU and my responsibilities include:
Managing Financial, HR and other managerial aspects of the DAU.
Monitoring, Analyzing & Reporting of different activities to authorities.
Registration of masses and processing of their Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) in far flung areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Customer relationship management and Liaison
with different offices/ Departments.
Degree awarded by one of the best university /degree awarding institute in Pakistan. Major Subjects were Financial Accounting, , Marketing, Strategic Business Management, Financial Management, Economics, Statistics, Database Management Concepts, Networking Concepts etc.
Degree awarded by the 2nd Oldest university in the province. Major Subjects were Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Marketing, Introduction to Business, Economics and Statistics, etc.
