Define Solution Scope including goals, assumptions, requirements, business processes, responsibilities, risks leveraging e-finance portfolio of services Work closely with customers, sales and stakeholders in order to gather and elicit detailed requirements for the anticipated solution Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business Analyze requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, business process mapping, scenarios, and workflow analysis. Translate business problems into requirements Perform Business Analysis planning and monitoring Manage requirements life cycle Analyze requirements and define solution architecture and design Perform existing solutions evaluation when needed Identify process inefficiencies through gap analysis Conduct oral presentations to explain proposed solutions to customers, management, or other interested parties. Work closely with all stakeholders while developing the Client Technical Proposal following the Companies Sales/Pre-Sales process
