• Prepare Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) in accordance with Company’s guidelines, WBS and Contract’s pricing structure.
• Prepare initial Project Budget in accordance with the Scope of Work and tender pricing documents.
• Perform the Earned Value Management (EVM) for both Manhours and Cost.
• Preparation of monthly Manhours and Cost forecasts for Project Management,
• Monitors project actual costs, determine and analyses cost variances and develop cost trends and projections.
• Prepare cost reports.
• Maintain records of actual cost elements (materials, equipment, manpower etc.) to use in the Project Close-Out Report and to provide feedback to tendering department.
• Liaise with project different sections in cost allocation, accounting and control matters.
• Participate in preparing the Project Close-Out Report and Lessons Learnt.
• Prepare regular billing to the Client, provide necessary supporting documents and communicates with the Client for certification and payment.
• Reviews Subcontractors invoices along with supporting documents.
• Participates in periodic site meetings to elaborate the project cost reports. In addition, to record any suggested changes and/or deviations from the plan and to advice of its effect on the overall budget.
• Building Cost control team through training and familiarizing the team with the company’s procedures and standards.
• Providing cost control team members with Information, Training and Help to advance their abilities and performance
• Supervise the preparation of all project’s reports, with increased focus on both accuracy and elimination of double work by automating reports creation using advanced data analysis methods.
• Reviewing all subcontracts vs budget and analyzing subcontracting trends.
• Controlling both direct and indirect expenses for the whole region.
• Providing estimation and procurement teams with precise feedback to help with the new projects’ estimation and budgeting process.
• Assisting Project controls manager with needed information and trends.
• Providing Contracts and Commercial Departments with costs information related to claims and variation orders.
• Providing Human resources department with updated staff plan based on both project needs and staffing budget.
• preparing regional projects control dashboards including all controlling aspect (Time, Cost, finance and Quality) for top management to review.
Managing time and material consumption control.
Managing costing process for new orders.
Managing expenditure trends analysis.
Creating Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly costs control reports.
Estimating costs at completion for on-going projects based on earner Value Analysis
Managing the costs posting system and creating process standardization.
Planning the expansion process and capacity maximization.

Monitor, identify and analyse all projects costs with a view of facilitating the completion of the project at minimum cost and within budget limits.
Provide overall supervision to the subordinate engineers carrying out the functions of planning, cost control & quantity surveying.
Monitor all change orders and variations to the contract.
Supervise the preparation of the weekly and monthly cost reports.
Supervise the preparation of the cost to complete and cost at completion reports.
Monitor Materials wastage and usage efficiency
Monitor Manpower distribution efficiency and productivity rates
