• Prepare Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) in accordance with Company’s guidelines, WBS and Contract’s pricing structure.
• Prepare initial Project Budget in accordance with the Scope of Work and tender pricing documents.
• Perform the Earned Value Management (EVM) for both Manhours and Cost.
• Preparation of monthly Manhours and Cost forecasts for Project Management,
• Monitors project actual costs, determine and analyses cost variances and develop cost trends and projections.
• Prepare cost reports.
• Maintain records of actual cost elements (materials, equipment, manpower etc.) to use in the Project Close-Out Report and to provide feedback to tendering department.
• Liaise with project different sections in cost allocation, accounting and control matters.
• Participate in preparing the Project Close-Out Report and Lessons Learnt.
• Prepare regular billing to the Client, provide necessary supporting documents and communicates with the Client for certification and payment.
• Reviews Subcontractors invoices along with supporting documents.
• Participates in periodic site meetings to elaborate the project cost reports. In addition, to record any suggested changes and/or deviations from the plan and to advice of its effect on the overall budget.
