FIRST company for industrial developpement (Carton factory)

Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, vacations payouts, and benefits for employees
Convert salaries into accounting program.
Implement and develop the system of production incentives according to the approved executive regulations.
Review periodic and annual increases and match them to the required functional requirements.
Prepare reports for cost centers.
Review of payroll deductions, taxes and social insurance.
Follow up the recruitment budget and prepare periodic employee reports
Coordination of interviews with new employees.
Follow up attendance and departure of employees and prepare cards for attendance and departure.
The work of daily follow-up of cases of interruption of work or sick and termination of everything related to it.
Follow up job descriptions and employee evaluation in collaboration with other departments.
Preparing and processing paychecks and cash deposits
• Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management
• Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
Advises and provides direction to management and staff on rules and procedures, local laws and regulations involving payroll
Dealing with payroll according to company policies and procedures and government and legal instructions.
Maintain proper payroll documents.
Dealing with the benefits of various employees related to salaries
Organizing and following up all procedures related to employees from the financial bonuses and promotions within the company, with accurate documentation in the files on the computer
Make bank transfers and open accounts for bank employees.
Preparation of correspondence between the management of human resources and the various aspects of salaries and benefits of employees.
Planning and implementing the required regulations in the candidate candidate.
Ensure and follow up the compliance of employees and with instructions and administrative decisions.
Make sure to save and update employee files.
Organizing and carrying out employees vacations, tasks.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

Monitoring the performance evaluation of employees after receiving training and analyzing their performance.
Participate in the preparation of the training budget in line with the objectives of human resources and the company.
End all correspondence between the administration and the training centers regarding the training bags and their cost.
