- Head of Recruitment Section & Reporting to the HR manager (Recruitment & Training).
- Preparing yearly Manpower plan for each department based on every department needs to perform all organization manpower budgets.
- Responsible for Controlling the Recruitment Cycle, ensuring day to day recruitment follows for the Company recruitment process.
- Manage first resumes screening and supervise required tests and competency based on job requirements.
- Making sure of achieving the recruitment targets and that Recruitment administration and processes fully live up to Corporate HR standards.
- Select & Work with third party agencies to bring in Assessment Centers where applicable to ensure the recruitment of high potential, excellent caliber people are recruited
- Head of Payroll Section & Reporting to the HR manager (Compensation & Benefit).
- Responsible for Monthly payroll for all employees
- Controlling employee payroll including taxation, social security, overtime, etc. in full compliance with statutory & company requirements.
- Is responsible for working with line managers & senior management on annual compensation actions & in developing a proper policy & approach to guide these actions.
- Ensures appraisals are tracked appropriately and are timely.
- Recommend compensation adjustment according to findings, utilizing knowledge of prevailing rates of straight time pay, incentives system and monthly promotion of field personnel.
- Analyze market survey in remuneration packages; ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness in compensation entitlement for attraction and retention of talented people.
