1. Recruitment:
a. Prepares the annual hiring plan based on the company target and the department head’s requirements
b. Prepare the staffing and the sourcing plan to ensure the selection of the best fit for each role
c. Outsourcing Blue/White collars hiring requirements if needed

2. Organization Development:
a.Create the Organization chart for each department making sure to have the correct right sizing
b.Define the roles and responsibilities of each member in the different departments

3. People Cost and Compensation & Benefits:
a.Develops the annual people cost budgeting and plan
b.Provide regular statistics of the market salaries and variable payment schemes
c.Coordinate with the finance team any aspect of cost saving activities
4. Performance Management:
a. Coordinate with the department head the KPIs for each employee making sure that the behavioral competencies are included in the evaluation
b. New Hires Performance Evaluation
c. Annual Appraisal for each employee with the needed action plan
5. Training:
a. Coordinate with the department heads the training needs and create the annual training plan
b. Coordinate the external providers list and conduct periodical evaluation
6. Personnel:
a. Employees New hires documentation follow up and collection
b. Social Insurance Procedures with the local authorities
c. Medical Insurance providers and implement the needed actions
7. People leadership and development: Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies

8. Process alignment:
a. Conducts all Operations activities in accordance with the policies and procedures
9. Reporting:
a. Creates and updates reports & HR dashboard, as required
