Responsible for :
- Studying the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, specifications, BOQs, etc.).
- Cost Estimation and Pricing Analysis for BOQs of the new projects.
- Creating any missing or required details.
- Preparing tender documents for subcontractors and negotiating with them until contracting.
- Review shop drawings, as-built drawings and material submitted by the Subcontractor with the consultant and the owner.
- Supervise all project works and ensure compliance with technical specifications and drawings and implementation is according to the schedule.
- Receiving the works executed by the subcontractor, delivering them to the owner, and preparing financial extracts.

- Construction of El-Ein El-Sokhna Factory For Polyethylene Pipes (SPP).
- Rapid Spread Natural Gas Stations Project (1000 Natural Gas Stations Construction).

- General Construction Projects For Several Petroleum Companies.
