Job Description:
• Analysis and job descriptions and determine the qualifications and competencies required for jobs
• Establishment and development of good relations with the sources of applicants to form efficient sources of employment
• Responsible for Exit interviews to determine the reasons of resignation and increase the level of employee satisfaction and loyalty
• Implementation and developing of performance appraisal system based on the requirements of company strategy
• Propose and implement a training plan based on company's previous study of training needs and based on the outputs of the performance appraisal system
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the training providers and provision of information on training programs and schedules to implement an effective training plan in a timely manner
• Evaluate the whole training process to determine the efficiency of the training
• Preparation of Daily/Weekly/ Monthly and Quarterly Achievements Reports
• Monitor distribution daily stock
• Prepare rolling forecast for each distribution based on achievement history
• In charge of fulfilling and allocation products to our branches
• Analyzing Sales trend for all distributions to can determine the allocation
