Supervise IT environment in MUP facilities sites, and coordinate tasks with IT members.
Assures infrastructure deliverables adhere to company and regulatory policies.
Uses standardized processes for requirements definition, analysis, design, construct, and test activities. Resolves incidents (TTs) and change requests (CRs) within committed service levels.
Collects relevant information required to resolve incidents raised by business partners or system users. Ensures MUP infrastructure systems & data center are protected from malicious content and access to these systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Communicate/share technical discoveries and improvements Service Management. Ensure infrastructure services & projects are aligned with the business needs.
Ensure a coherent and integrated infrastructure architecture for the Manufacturing sites.
Ensure effective processes are in place for the delivery of infrastructure projects and for their post- implementation support (e.g. Change Management & Support Services / Helpdesk).

Managing the smooth handover of the IT assets and responsibilities between MUP and Eli Lilly
Supervised the decommissioning and Computer System Validation (CSV) of all site’s Engineering workstations, QC
lab systems, and Production equipment, and server rooms.
Continuously worked on reaching consensus between MUP and Eli Lilly higher management. Handling Access Control system and CCTV system.
On-Site technical responsibilities such as (Server Administration” AD, DNS, etc..”, Network (LAN/WAN) Support, Software Packaging, etc...).
Handling all IT purchases includes contacting vendors, preparing POs & insuring tying to purchasing polices, terms
& conditions.
Improve network reliability and scalability.
Local project leader for regional projects among the regional manufacturing sites.
Oversee projects to design and implement local IT infrastructure, data centers, network systems and servers and projects are aligned with the business needs.
Create business processes, best practices, standards, templates and operating procedures to optimize IT project development.
Ensuring effective quality control processes are in place to monitor deliverables.
• Supported site operations by resolving incidents, trouble tickets and change requests based on First-In-First-Out (FIFO) & priority.
