Key Responsibilities:
❖ Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, cheque requests, manual cheques and contract payments ❖ Ensure purchase orders, receiving and invoices are matching ❖ Reconcile open encumbrances ❖ Process and record routine accounting transactions ❖ Select correct accounts, post, verify, and balance debit and credit entries ❖ Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding and updating. ❖ Overall administration of the Head office ❖ Looking after routine administrator's job ❖ Prepare monthly reports related to staff matters such as leave, meetings (weekly-updating), visa etc ❖ Assist the Project Manager in recruitment & related requirements ❖ Maintain & update full details of the staff, Clients, sub consultants etc ❖ Organize and maintain an efficient filing system
