•Manage end to end supply chain operations, distribution centers, all product quality related matters and customer service across all regions within KSA.

•Manage all related export activities, outbound customer deliveries

Manage Inventory accuracy to reach 0.4 % from the whole stock value.
Establish Logistics service agreement with main DC’s in France.
Enhance service level and on time delivery to reach 98%.
Automate warehouse operations and central HUB.
Applying robust materials replenishment strategy through lean concepts.
Develop and lead people to deploy different projects through people empowerment and take own responsibility
Job Duties:
•Upstream: Managed contract manufacturers that supply finished goods to PepsiCo from all commercial aspects, in Egypt, Lebanon and India.
•Managed Contract manuf. through price negotiations, cots break down, supply conditions, incoterms, and any related commercial aspects.
•Member in the new initiatives team to study market requirements and developing new products.
•Managed balanced score card to prepare management report including different KPI’s, financially, quality, food safety, on time delivery, order fulfillment to engage in long term partnership with PepsiCo, and delivering business agenda.
•Establish a development program for contract manufacture or phase out program based on business agenda and supplying performance including market conditions.
•Lead the agreement with selected contract manuf. on all contractual terms, including cost of manufacturing, accountabilities, penalties, rights & obligations.

Set a robust qualification process for contract manufacturing with full team engagement.
