- Contract renewal/Negotiation and tendering related to warehouse and transportation.
- Having the quarterly business review with the 3PL management.
-Making monthly financial accruals for past month billing (estimated costs) after month closing.
- Monthly Logistics summary update in the EMT meeting including achievements, challenges and what is coming in the future.
- Managing the 3PLs we have for Warehousing and transportation.
- Monthly invoice check and verification.
- Having a monthly business review with the operation team.
- Reviewing the complains coming from customers related to delivery or shortage in delivery.
- Materials planing for key projects and managing sales forecasts.
- Making risk analysis based on obsolescence potentials and value.
- Placing orders to the head quarters to ship the materials or start the production in case of unavailability.
- Managing the safety stock for the ruining items to assure availability while ordering.
Managing the total project (Sales) by doing the following to all contractors and sub contractors:
- Meeting the decision makers and planing department to prepare a project forecast.
- Following up wit the engineering department to make sure we have the required approvals as per the project specs.
- Getting the customs PO and follow up for the delivery and payment collection.
- Managing a territory with around 20 customers by visiting them, showing/demo our products and get the purchase order.
- developing customer platform by adding more new buying customers and engage the current ones.
- Follow up for payment.
Responsible for buying
1- Commercial steel.
2- Oil & Gas fittings and pipes.
I was responsible for buying materials need by the site engineers.
