Syria Program Partnerships Officer at Save the Children International- Syria Response Office

• Assist partner and Programme staff to strategize ways to ensure program delivery meets targets by referring to possible capacity building initiatives linked to the project CBP. With guidance from PM, ensure partner staff are aware of SCI/donor guidelines and policies and that these are adhered to at all times, immediately raising any suspected non-compliance with HoO.
• facilitate support from relevant SCI technical or operations team to ensure continuous support and involvement at all stage of the programme cycle. In particular, run the partner performance reviews quarterly, combine the performance reviews with satisfaction reports every 6 months, donor reports, and other recommendations to create a final review document and give feedback to partners from those reviews.
• Lead (For SPP and Support for NWS and NES) on and maintain partner profiles, including regular updates.
• (Quarterly) and amendments to the tool itself to make it more effective.
• Existing tools are mapped and updated for project cycle; includes maintaining partner tool sup date PAT and CBP as needed, partner’s performance evaluation, etc…

Program development, implementation and support
 Assist the relevant managers as needed to insure the timely development and implementation of work plans.
 Prepare and implement the promotion plan for IMC services in each of locations with assigned staff.
