provide immediate resolution. make production orders for all plants through SAP,
Worked on Material and Production budget, Generate reports on production
shortages and sales impact to Factor Manager for analysis. Improve and replace
material handling better solution project for the company, evaluate production
control activities to ensure that final product meets customer specifications, worked
with 6 sigma and lean methods to transfer the plant to the lean culture (DMAIC).

Responsibilities: Preparation of HIRA, job safety analysis, risk assessment. Work
permits verification & control of work. Tool box talk, pre-job briefing for safety task

Drills). Reporting safety performance, safety audits, inspections, hazard
Identification & Accident investigation for facts & root cause findings. Imparting
