• Supervision and guiding the operational duty stuff in carrying out day to day payphone maintenance and software update, and reduce the Payphone outage by 10%
• Daily and weekly maintenance reports and database updating.
• Developing the process of daily periodic and corrective maintenance, through a new procedure that increases the productivity of the maintenance teams by 15%.
• Organize and follow up the work shop and the store daily activities, and manage the corrupted Part maintenance so that we can reuse it in the field
• Plan and organize installation activities of the PSTN network elements and day to day preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage the network testing and troubleshooting.
