1. Analyze and track the volume and profit of MDS
activities and make appropriate
recommendations to ensure profitability and
optimum sales.
2. Conduct sales trend and KPI’s analysis, interpret
results and assist restaurants in formulating
action plans.
3. Assist in identifying local store MDS activities
and implement programs at the restaurant level
to enhance sales operations.
4. Periodically conducting Training Sessions and
MDS Workshops to our Restaurant Managers,
Assistants Managers, and Riders.
5. Identify competitors and conduct regular
trading, analyzing, and shopping.
6. Ensure delivery zone and grid mapping is
updated.
7. Lead the opening of New MDS Hubs with
partnering with the Cross Functional Team.
8. Complete periodical recaps and regular
evaluations of MDS quality of service, and
related activities by identifying areas of
opportunity and communicating results.
9. Ensure a coefficient number of labor and cars in
each store to meet MDS standards and delivery
requirements.
10. Participate in the identification and recruitment
of key talent for the unit.
11. Develop the team through effective use of the
appraisal system, encouraging prioritization and
time management, solving team problems and
fostering team spirit.
12. Assist in Manage allocated monthly & annual
departmental budget by controlling
expenditures, cost reduction initiatives and
identify and allocate the resources necessary to
support the department plans and objectives.
13. Performs all other support functions as assigned
by management.
Main Duties :
1. Providing marketing support to enhance
customer convenience and brand extension
activities.
2. Assist in managing and implementing LSM
activities.
3. Assist in the implementation of marketing mix
strategies, campaign plans, programs
4. Participate in the Public Relations and Local
Stores Marketing Campaigns.
5. Investigate and resolve complaints concerning
store marketing activities.
6. Coordinate, communicate, and monitor all
marketing, promotion campaigns,
communication activities.
7. Collaborate with agency to check competitor’s
activities.
Main Duties :
1.Manage delivery service for 18 stores in terms of
staffing and Equipment.
2.Maintain the sales and profit.
3.Monitor Service time of MDS Riders and Call Centre
Agents based on McDonald’s standard and
procedures.
4.Conduct periodic weekly meetings with Call Center
Management team and McDonald’s MDS
Operations team.
5. Do monthly audits of call center, and • Ensures
that McDonald’s promotional and marketing
activities are properly supported and
communicated to customers.
6.Identify competitors and conduct regular trading,
analyzing, and shopping.
7.Assure the quality of service.
8.Coordinate with suppliers.
Main Duties:
1.Deliver excellent quality, service and facilities
management without supervision.
2.Ensure that each customer's visit to the restaurant
meets or exceeds the customer's expectations of
quality service, cleanliness, and value after
managing customer complaints.
3.Ensure that the total customer satisfaction
resulting in comparable sales and transaction
count growth.
4.Carry-out monthly P&L projections and
reconciliation of P&L and determine restaurant's
profit opportunities with the assistance of the r
restaurant manager.
5.controlling P&L Line Items.
6.Ensure that a bottom line profit that is appropriate
for the restaurant's sales level and follow-up
continuously on procedures that support sales-
building promotions during the shift.
7.Ensure that staff is motivated and productive and
are able to meet or exceed each customer's
expectations by training them on crew stations.
