Responsibility :
• Managing the technical team members to insure on time projects delivery.
• Developing the concept design into full design package with all shop drawings coordinator with all
MEP works.
• Investigate in best possible shop drawings solutions & details.
• Coordinate for projects as built, responsible for accurate information.
• Coordinating between the construction and engineering teams ensure that the construction
requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy
the construction requirements.
• Attending progress meetings, discussing and suggesting technical proposals.
• Checking all drawings, to ensure that each drawing has been coordinated between all disciplines.
• Ensure that quality of drawings is of a substantially acceptable level Implementing and solving
technical problems that arise.
• Preparing technical submittals.
• Responsible of project drawings print outs.
• Meeting project stakeholders as needed.
• Responsible for BOQ description quantity and make sure everything are all shell with drawings,
schedule.
• Responsible for site As-Built and coordination between the team.
• Ensure that the ethical policy and anti-bribery legislation is strictly adhered to.
• Promote and foster a strong, ethical, friendly and efficient team culture and working environment.

Tut-Ankh-Amun Gallery Fit-out:
- Facilitate meetings with design team, Sub-consultants and client to review design document and take
decisions as required.
- Responsible for all technical & design approval/solutions from Contractor & Consultant.
- Responsible for all technical & design approval/solutions before sending files to production.
- Coordinate with our Spain Factory for technical support required to ensure the correctness and
completeness of Fit-out manufacturing.
- Produce detailed Shop drawings and specifications.
- Coordinating between the site engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are
conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction
requirements.
- Update the drawing log before sending the shop drawing.
- Maintain record of Design Consultant(s) submittals and control in a timely manner the
submittals/correspondence received.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, filing of design documents and reporting to appropriate
stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with Project Manager and Site engineers to get all site design work reviewed and
approved.
- Manage attending and participating in Contractor & Consultant team meetings.
- Manage, organize, draft, and coordinate technical documents.
- Study the project documents, drawings, specifications and bill of quantities to manage and coordinate
the technical aspects of the project and support the project manager in all technical and commercial
issues to the benefit of the organization.
- Arrange, coordinate and attend progress meetings, proposing, discussing and acquire approval on
technical proposals. - Develop ideas keeping in mind the project's needs.
- Resolve problems and issues that arise during projects.
- Prepare design concepts, 3D and 2D related drawings to clarify the design.

- Brainstorming concept design with design team that meets our project satisfaction within budget and
project's time frame.
- Develop ideas keeping in mind the project's needs.
- Visualizing 3D perspectives using " 3ds Max - Sketch up - Lumion - vray "
- Visualizing post-production using Adobe Photoshop.
- Prepare, revise working drawings & tender documents through all project phases from conceptual to
construction documents.
- Manage, organize, draft, and coordinate technical documents with all departments " Architecture
Structure - MEP - ......etc ".
Sinai University - Qantara Branch:
Main Building Fitout, Student Housing 1-2-3, Enterance Gate :
- Drawing and designing engineering models for projects using Auto CAD, Sketchup.
- Suggesting improvement measures on drawings and projects that would improve the quality of work.
- Produce all " Shop drawings" needed in site.
- Supervising projects on site until completion of project delivery..
- Executing all tasks required of the competent manager within the work limits
