• Shop Drawings & Specifications: Generate detailed shop drawings and specifications, adhering to industry standards and project requirements.
• Site Engineering Coordination: Facilitate communication between site engineering teams, ensuring construction requirements are accurately conveyed and engineering deliverables meet construction needs.
• Drawing Log Updates: Maintain and update the drawing log prior to sending out shop drawings, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Design Consultant Submittals: Manage and control Design Consultant(s) submittals and correspondence in a timely manner, maintaining comprehensive records.
• Project Management Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers and Site Engineers to review and approve all site works.
• Team Meetings: Attend and participate in Contractor & Consultant team meetings, providing valuable input and facilitating effective communication.
• Technical Document Management: Manage, organize, draft, and coordinate technical documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Project Document Review: Review project documents, drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities to manage and coordinate the technical aspects of the project, supporting the Project Manager in all technical and commercial issues.
• Progress Meetings: Arrange, coordinate, and attend progress meetings, proposing and discussing technical proposals, and acquiring necessary approvals.
• Idea Development: Develop innovative ideas that align with the project’s needs, contributing to the project’s success.
