•Developing and supervising contracts for major construction projects through external investments.

•Drafted and revised a variety of contracts with clients and Identified opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.

•Responsible for accurate and timely reporting against the project plan budget in line with agreed program governance.
•Ensured effective project plans were created, maintained, and kept up to date daily or weekly as appropriate to reflect the status of project activities; this includes clearly articulating and tracking all critical path activities timelines.
•Responsible for the overall completion of the project to customer specifications and timelines.
•Communicated changes to the project plan and timelines, along with project risks or issues, ensuring the project is tracking to budget scheduled completion dates.
•Monitored risks/issues as they arise; working with project team management to respond efficiently for resolution on any risks to the critical path.
•Oversaw hiring contractors who are responsible for providing the material required to complete the project.

•Internal Road and Parking for Local Citizens Villas in Al Ain Region - Stage 3, Section 1, as complete all the earth and road works -55 million AED.
•Jabel Hafeet Glacier Development, Wadi Adventure- 39 million AED
•Settlement & Removal of sand filling 15 MO m2 for Arkan - 70 million AED.
•Development of Khalifa Bin Zayed Road, Al Maqam Palace, Al Municipality- 43 million AED.
