Instrument Engineer with more than six years of experience in the field of process plants
-Experience in all process Measurement Instruments pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, PH, conductivity, vibration, displacement for commissioning, maintenance and Calibration.
-Experience of control valve, PSV and PCV, fix all mechanical problem for Valves, seat leakage test, root cause for failure analysis.
- Experience in spectroscopy analyzer measurement specially mass spectrometer analyzer Thermofisher type commissioning, maintenance and Calibration.
- Experience in operating PLC system step7 400/300 in water treatment plant tracing &troubleshooting
- Experience in operating DCS system PCS7 version 7.1 from tracing & trouble shooting control problem.
- Remote Instrument calibration with PDM Simatic program which Support Profibus PA protocol.
- check SIS system & operation Bypass list and generate weekly reports.
-Supervise on the installation of all electrical wiring of the new factory
-Trouble shooting Motor Control Stations, plc & classic control circuits.
-make a loop check test and signal test for control signals and instruments cables.
-a good knowledge of fieldbus and profibus.
-Reading and approving design specifications and technical drawings.
-Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with Project requirements.
-Troubleshooting electrical & instrument problems during shift.
-Arrange a list of instrument which need spare part or maintain in shut down time.
- Following Preventive schedule and modified if required.
- Create check lists which required for preventive maintenance system.
- Erection all field instruments, cable trays, Junction Box and REM IO& PLC Cabinet according to P&I D and hook-up drawing.
- tracing & troubleshooting all Electrical and Instrument problems during Plant running.
- Making a daily report for the activities.
- Following Preventive schedule and modified if required.
- Create check lists which required for preventive maintenance system.
- Responsible for Erection all field instruments, cable trays, Junction Box and REM IO& PLC Cabinet according to P&ID and hook-up drawing.
- Final loop check test and signal test for control, Profibus (PA/DP), Ethernet, Optical fiber Cables.
- Assemble for switch gear and motor control station and configure parameter then energize it, with co- operation with Vendor: ABB and Consultant Danieli.
- Diagnose the electrical problems (motors, transformers, drivers, switch-gears…etc.), lead trouble shooting process; replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment, when required.
-Supervise site survey, instruments installation, troubleshooting and calibration.
- Arrange required Manpower, consumable material and tools with synchronize between cost reduction and project schedule time.
