•Al Fanar group started new investment in construction field and established Al Fanar Aluminum Factory, and I have been chosen for the starting up period with accounting manager.
•Establish coding system for raw material and implemented it on ERP system in order to start warehouse transaction trough system after 2008 inventories.
•Follow up with purchase department regarding machine & equipment’s orders & starting up period orders for required material.
•Prepare payroll for factory employees and observing expenses in GL by preparing monthly basis reports.
•Preparing intercompany reconciliations.
•Keeping up to date record of fixed asset and prepare monthly depreciation entries and plus requested reports
•Establishing and implementation of Job Order costing Module on the system in order to obtain the requested data that enable management in decision making process
Monthly closing reports requested by BOD monthly meeting for Group of all companies.
•Participate in balance sheet preparing, budget, PO status, projects status.

•Provide the management with the standard expected cost for suggested new products by R&D department.
•Control warehouses transactions for RM & finish goods and make monthly inventory and prepare invoices for the trading sister company.
•Provide management with requested reports of the products costs, profit & loss, breakeven point,
•Monitor and control Supplier's payments due to Maturity dates.
•Make Monthly Reconciliation with Main office regarding financing plan and current Accounts.
•Review and reimburse Petty cash payments for the local Purchaser regarding daily factory requirements.
•Preparing factory payroll and social government payments and coordinate with HR department.
