Prepare, develop, follow up and maintain quality management
system certification i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 22000
o Train, implement and lead the internal audit process of quality
Management system.
o Manage day to day activities of Safety, quality and food safety to
ensure proper corrective and preventive actions has been taken
and fully implemented.
o Supervise QC team
Design, develop and maintain quality management systems ISO
9001.
o Interact with Technical, Development and Production team to
maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
o Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and
construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities
in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on
quality according to company standards and requirements.
o Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production
approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting,
accessories, etc., and giving comments on production.
o Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production
data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all
related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training
needs and delivering training.
o Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for
company trainees
o Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling
o To give sample approval
o Manage Quality staff (CFA and Checkers)
•Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of the company consultancy projects (Project Manager)
•Defining the nature of the companies by gathering information (which may include conducting research to determine the current efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and procedures
•Develop proposals for improving methods, systems and/or procedures.
•Present recommendations to the organizations.
•Enable companies to build Quality Management ISO 9001:2008
•Enable companies to build (HSE) Safety and Environment Management Systems, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)
•Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment and control measures for organizations.
•Building KPI systems at the companies.
•Conduct specialized training in Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems
• Participate and prepare strategic and executive plans for program and projects.
• Participate and prepare monitoring and evaluation process for projects.
• Conduct field visits for projects and take needed corrective actions for it.
• Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports for the projects.
• Prepare, develop, follow up and maintain the official and management systems certification i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and others. This includes development maintenance of necessary documentation.
• Train, implement and lead the internal audit process of the above mentioned systems
• Manage day to day activities of quality department and provide necessary controls to ensure proper corrective and preventive actions been taken and fully implemented
•Design, develop and maintain 5S system.

•Establishing and developing training section:
oAnnual training plan, training assessments needs, training analysis and evaluation.
oConduct necessary training programs to improve all staff awareness productivity to meet targets related to staff positions
oConduct training needs assessment to all staff.
oPlan & schedule internal & external training programmes.
oConduct probation training & staff evaluation up till ending probation period.
oTrain & evaluate internal trainers to help them conducting & delivering internal training programmes
Design, develop and maintain management systems ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 (Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & safety systems). Preparing executive (QA/QC, Safety, and Environment) plans for all systems, and projects. Preparing and conducting internal and external audits. Preparing hazard identification and risk assessment and put proper controls measure for projects. Supervising inspectors, safety and Environment officers, and conducting training courses (awareness training, internal audit training) for the systems.
Provision of the complete materials requirements, and the follow up of their acquisition. Issuing all production and packaging orders. Provision of complete updates, feedback, and problem solving on the status of production, packaging, sales, and orders shipping.
