Reporting Directly to the CEO
• Lead the CMU team.
• Liaise with the Senior Management.
• Follow up on team performance.
• Monitor the strategic objectives.

• Review and check project reports.
• Report monthly and periodically on all related subjects.
• Communicate with the Client’s representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns.
• Exceptional Leadership Skills, possessing a collaborative management style, and ability to work in a multi-discipline team format.
• Participate in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for the construction project; provides conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates, and may coordinate the production of basic design plans and construction documents.
• Oversee and participate in the project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions and value engineering,
• Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project; monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction departments.
• Manage the review and interpret proposed designs, architectural drawings, and building specifications for appropriateness to required function and/or institutional standard, and initiates revisions where appropriate; advise consultants and clients as to how best to achieve required results.
• Ensure that project operations are in compliance with design specifications and client requirements.
• Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are being met; prepare project specifications, and coordinates procurement, as appropriate.
• Authorize the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders, and approves contractor invoices for payment.
• Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing operations.
• Inspects, approves, and accepts completed projects for the institution, ensuring conformance with institutional standards, building and life safety codes, and architectural/engineering specifications.
• Represent the institution in business with customers, consultants, contractors, and other public and/or private agencies and organizations.
• Researches and prepares various reports pertaining to operations, equipment, policies, procedures, and/or other issues, as appropriate.

- Monitoring and controlling the progress of works at all projects VS Cost, Quality and Time
- Create the relationships procedure between all head office departments.
- Submit the operational Risk Management Report to the Board of directors along with mitigation plan.

- Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit
- Provides direction and structure for operating units
- Make decisions regarding the budget of the company keeping in view the developments
- Preparing short and long term operations plan like sales, marketing and quality control
- Overseeing the day to day functioning of the company Projects.
- Interacting with heads of departments of the company and overseeing their functions
- Creating strategies for the functioning of the company with the support of Chief Operation Officer.
- Plan execution strategies for the Running Projects.

This project consists of 18 building (G+2). +amenities building +mosque +7 sub-stations +5 under-ground water tanks +all infrastructure works
Job description:
- Liaising with Client and Consultant on technical matters.
-Prepare the risk plan, contingency plan and the mitigation plan.
- Coordination with sub-contractor/supplier
-Monitoring and controlling the scope of Time, Cost and Quality to meet ECC standards
- Training, monitoring and controlling all staff
- Review and finalize sub-contractor / supplier proposed drawing material.
- Material procurements, submit drawings / materials to the Engineer for approval.
- Update and maintain log of shop drawings / material / RFI log status.
