Duties.
Office duties:
• Execute secretarial tasks assigned by the Director Technical Affairs Dept.
• Coordination and follow-up.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Developing organizational policies.
• save and type official letters and send it to the authorities, sectors and
departments and the persons concerned within and outside the ministry.
• Receive the letters coming into the office, Coordinate sort and distribute it to the
director.
• manage the work within the office and the other department.
• Archive and file documents and ensure the highest levels of confidentiality.
Director’s duties:
• Manage and maintain Director's Calendar including scheduling appointments,

internal/external meetings, and conference calls.
• Coordinate Director's travel itineraries, flights, hotel accommodation, car rental
and other travel needs.
• Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other
documents on for the director.
• Track and follow up official letters and documents through the approval process
on behalf of Director.
• Assist the Director and his family for any personal inquiries.
