3- DISTRIBUTING TASKS AND TASKS FAIRLY TO ACCOUNTANTS, SOLVING PROBLEMS FACING THEM, EVALUATION THEIR PERFORMANCE AND SUGGESTING WAYS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES.
4- EMPLOYEES CLAIMS ( VACATION - END OF SERVICES ) REVIEW
5- CONTROL THE DOCUMENTS ISSUED AND RECEIVED BY THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT, AND ENSURE THAT THEY ARE CORRECT
6- MAINTAIN THE ACCOUNTING BOOKS AND DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE APPROVED ACCOUNTING SYSTEM, AND ENSURE THAT THEY ARE LEGALLY REGISTERED AND PRESERVED AFTER COMPLETING THE LEGAL PERIOD
7- SUPERVISING THE PREPARATION OF BANK RECONCILIATION STATEMENTS EVERY MONTH AND SHOWING DIFFERENCES (IF ANY) AND PREPARING NECESSARY SETTLEMENT RECORDS
8- SUPERVISING THE DOCUMENTS SUPPORTING THE ACCOUNTING ENTRIES AND APPROVING THEM BEFORE THEY ARE REGISTERED IN THE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM, THEN SUPERVISING THEIR REGISTRATION AND POSTING THEM
9- SUPERVISING THE ISSUANCE OF INVOICES TO CLIENTS
10- PREPARING MONTHLY SETTLEMENTS (ACCRUED EXPENSES - PREPAID EXPENSES - ASSETS DEPRECIATION .....
11- PREPARE A TRIAL BALANCE FOR DETAILED ACCOUNTS AND GENERAL ACCOUNTS AT THE END OF EACH MONTH, AND ENSURE THE BALANCES ARE CORRECT
12- PREPARING FINANCIAL REPORTS AT THE END OF EACH FINANCIAL PERIOD (INCOME STATEMENT - CASH FLOW STATEMENT - ...) WITH PREPARING ANALYZES AND CLARIFICATIONS OF COST OF SALES -EXPENSES AND REVENUES AND COMPARING THEM WITH THE ESTIMATED BUDGET AND ACTUAL FOR THE PAST YEARS THAT WOULD CLARIFY THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE COMPANY
13- PREPARING THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS ENTRIES AND PREPARING THE FINAL ACCOUNTS AND BALANCE SHEET WITH THE NECESSARY CLARIFICATIONS AT THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR
14- PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION AND CLARIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE WORK OF THE OTHER DEPARTMENTS
15- CREATE THE CONDITIONS AND PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION AND CLARIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE WORK OF THE EXTERNAL AUDITORS AND FACILITATE THEIR MISSION.
16- PREPARING THE OFFICIAL DATA ON TIME AFTER COORDINATION WITH THE LEGAL AUDITORS TO PRESENT THEM TO THE OFFICIAL DEPARTMENTS (ZAKAT - TAXES - ...)
