" Prepare and monitor the Master Production Schedule MPS for the production departments and analyze the overall performance for the production departments on monthly/weekly/daily.
" Prepare and Run MRP (Via ERP SAP) monthly to assure getting materials in right time with right quantity.
" Evaluates the Performance of supply chain(production, inventory, purchasing and sales) to be discussed in S&OP monthly meeting and take the right decisions/corrective actions to improve overall supply chain performance and KPIs.
" Conduct daily production plan on a daily basis to meet sales requirements to ensure high level of customer service.
" Communicate with logistics /WH to meet customer sales order delivery date(Export and domestic sales)
" Maintain data in SAP periodically as lead time, safety stock, &etc.
" Prepare daily /weekly/monthly reports to monitor sales, production and inventory.
" Monitor the inventory levels for FG, RM, PM and intermediates and analysis the inventory levels for each categories to non-moving, slow moving, &etc and find solution for it.
" Ensure production efficiency to match the target and ensure the adherence of production is within the tolerance.
" Follows up requisitions for local materials and foreign materials on daily/monthly basis.
" Manages the materials requirements with the purchasing, logistics and warehouse departments to assure the materials supply at the right time with right cost.
" Work closely with local / foreign purchasing and MRP to ensure having the materials on time
" Analyze inventory value, days on hand and slow moving materials on regular basis.
" Responsible for 3 PL (FGs subcontracting )and this include managing RM &PM material flow out and manufacturing in the vendor plant and FGs flow in our WHs.
