Main achievements:
• Launched seven stores in the first eight months of my joining to the company.
• Worked in the menu development and created new items to enhance customers experience and improve food cost quality.
• Adjust the opening plan and do opening in the set time to match it with the sales budget.
• Participate in the hiring process and remove the obstacles of the visas by hiring from the local market.
• Worked on the team soft skills and raise their capabilities for better work quality & environments.
Main achievements:
• Worked on creating Operations manual book for both brands to make sure unifying the operations activities and for better end products quality serviced for the customers.
• Worked on the kitchens layouts and equipment’s to improve the quality of the daily routine tasks and for better employees’ productivity and better labour cost results.
• Established central kitchen to prepare the products for all stores instead of having one in each store, and to making sure of having same products taste, saving in the labour cost, and simplifying control any error in the end products.
• Develop the number of the stores from two stores to five stores within one year.
• Worked in menu developments and created a new items from the same raw materials.
• Worked on the monthly sales budget with company GM & related Depts.
Main achievements:
•Reduced the cost of good by 5% by retrained the employees and controlling the wastage of the stores.
•Reinforce operational excellence through the training, coaching, disciplining, and encouragement of General Managers, Managers, Team Leaders, and Team Members.
•Conduct routine visits to restaurants in the area to ensure each General Manager is maintaining company standards. If any deficiencies are found, work with management and staf to clearly outline the problem areas and assist them in developing a plan of action to correct problems in a timely manner and take an action if necessary.
•Manage the area's financial accountability through reviewing critical reports, adhering to the budgeted Gross Operating Profit, and evaluating the area's combined expense plan to ensure overall operations meet company's financial goals.
Main achievements:
• Launched 10 stores during my working period in the company between Bahrain & Saudi Arabia.
• Worked in the menu development and engineering it with cooperative with the mother company resulting reducing in the cost 3%.
• Train huge number of the managers in Saudi & Bahrain in the same homeland instead of sending them to the UAS and this reduced the training expenses with 70% of the original cost.
• Reduced the cost of the overseas equipment orders by sourcing replacement items with the same quality or better quality and this is reduced the cost of the new opening
Main achievements:
• Start working in the Crew trainer till reach level of Restaurant General Manager for one of the biggest store in the middle east Hardee’s Madina St 2010 to 2012.
• People developments manager 2007 Hardee’s Jordan.
• Manager of the year 2006 Hardees Jordan.
• Achieved best cost control manager award Jordan team 2005.
