• Corporate Restructuring & Entity Splitting: Led the high-complexity technical split of Nour Communications into two distinct entities (Nour Communications & Nour Net) within Dynamics GP 9, ensuring independent financial reporting and zero data corruption during the migration to GP 2015.
• Advanced Financial Analysis (Analytical Accounting): Successfully implemented and configured the Analytical Accounting (AA) module in Dynamics GP, designing complex dimension structures to enable detailed cost-center analysis and performance tracking across diverse business sectors.
• Retail Integration: Technical lead for the modernization of the Retail sector by integrating Dynamics GP with the SandMar Sales System. Optimized real-time data flow for high-volume transactions and automated inventory reconciliation.
• HR & Payroll Integration (MenaITech): Spearheaded the technical integration between MenaITech (HRMS) and Dynamics GP across various business units, automating the posting of payroll journals and employee provisions.
• Financial Reporting Excellence (Management Reporter): Deployed Management Reporter to generate specialized financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements, customized for each industry segment.
• Financial Digital Transformation (Excel to GP): Directed the migration from manual Excel tracking to a fully automated environment for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and VAT compliance.

D365 F&O Implementation & Financial Governance:
• Full-Scale Module Deployment (D365 F&O): Successfully spearheaded the implementation and configuration of core modules: Fixed Assets (FA), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Budgeting, Project Management, Asset Management, and Master Planning (MRP).
• Financial Architecture & Data Migration: Directed the complex migration from GP to D365 F&O, focusing on designing the Financial Dimension Framework and COA mapping.
• Financial Year-End Governance (GP & D365): Managed complex Year-End Closing processes. Ensured 100% integrity by validating that the Trial Balance (TB) is Net Zero and reconciling all Fixed Assets before final rollover.
• ZATCA Phase 2 Integration: Technical lead for achieving full compliance with ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora), managing digital certificates and API integration.
• Executive Training & Academic Mentorship:
o Conducted comprehensive On-the-Job Training (OJT) for over 50 users on D365 F&O and GP functionalities.
o University Internship Mentorship: Appointed by management to supervise and mentor 5 university students on their graduation projects, providing technical guidance based on university requests.

• Strategic Server Migration & Virtualization: Managed the full lifecycle of migrating enterprise workloads from legacy physical servers to modern servers using Hyper-V/VMware, ensuring zero data loss.
• Advanced Database Backup & Disaster Recovery Policy: Established a rigorous SQL Server backup schedule (Full, Differential, and Transaction Log) to ensure 100% data recoverability.
• Family Camp Network Infrastructure: Designed and managed the high-availability network architecture for the Family Camp in Tabuk with unified internet connectivity.

• Server & AD Administration: Installed Windows Servers, managed Active Directory Roles, and implemented Group Policy (GPO).
